At OAM House Recovery, we believe in treating the whole person. Our Holistic Wellness Activities encompass a variety of practices designed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. From yoga and meditation to art therapy and mindfulness workshops, we provide residents with opportunities to explore and develop new coping skills. These activities encourage self-reflection, stress reduction, and connection to oneself and others. By integrating holistic approaches into recovery, we support individuals in finding balance and harmony, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life as they embark on their healing journey.
